From its founding in 1878 until the late 1970's, Saint Dominic's was a residential home for children in need of care and education. Thousands of children lived on the campus in Blauvelt during those years. Occasionally, our alumni return to the campus to visit and are welcomed to learn of the diversity of programs on campus, and to learn how Saint Dominic's is serving children of another age and need.
