PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR
Education (Bronx) TORCH Simon Stock Program
The School Principal/Director of School is responsible for day to day operations and overall program development, as well as intermediate and long-range planning for programmatic improvement of the quality of the Saint Dominic’s TORCH Simon Stock program.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR
CBS (BRONX) WAIVER PROGRAM
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of Individualized Care Coordinator (ICC) Supervisors, assisting in their efforts to coach, manage and guide the ICCs’ efforts to stabilize children with severe emotional disturbance and/or mental illness and their families and avoid hospitalization and out of home placements. The Administrative Supervisor oversees and manages performance expectations of the ICC Supervisors and provides support, coaching and encouragement of professional development. The Administrative Supervisor serves on the Senior Leadership Team of the program, the largest OMH HCBWS (Home and Community Based Waiver Services) program in the State, sharing in the overall leadership in carrying out the overarching mission and goals of the program.

•LMSW, LCSW (preferred), or LMHC and minimum of five years experience working with children, youth and families
•Minimum of three years experience working in a supervisory/managerial capacity in a children’s mental health or child welfare setting.
•Demonstrated clinical competency in CBT, Motivational interviewing, solutions focused therapy or evidenced-based family treatment modality
•Demonstrated understanding of SED/mentally ill children and youth population
•Proficiency in computer programs especially Microsoft Office applications a must; familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems a plus
•Work experience as an Individualized Care Coordinator in an OMH/HCBSW Program for SED children and adolescents is a plus

INTENSIVE IN HOME WORKER, RE-B03-255-103-310 (5)
CBS - Bronx Waiver Program
The Intensive-In Home and Crisis Response Worker provides ongoing intensive interventions aimed at de-escalating and educating the family in order to maintain family stability. The Intensive-In Home Worker works with the family based on time-limited goals based on the presenting crisis. Interventions used can be: psycho-education, crisis-de-escalation, parent-child relationship building, and improvement of parenting skills. The Intensive-In Home worker is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Position requires travel and travel time is included in the hourly pay rate.

Must have a Master’s degree in the human service field with two years working directly with SED children. Or a Bachelor’s degree in the human service field or a NYS Teacher’s Certificate and four years experience in working directly with SED children. Must be affiliated with an OMH-certified provider. Have training in mental health diagnoses (DSM-IV), suicide assessment, psychopharmacology, crisis intervention techniques, and available community resources or approved alternatives.
