Café Program

This program is available in Rockland County for children who are at risk for hospitalization, but may not have ever been hospitalized.  It is funded by the Office of Mental Health. It is a high level of services that includes:  In-home parent counseling, mental health services advocacy and monitoring, educational advocacy and monitoring and wrap-around services. Eligibility is determined by SPOA in Rockland
