Prevention

  • In-home Visits - A Case planner will visit you in your home to discuss your circumstances and help you come up with solutions. 
  • Parent Education and Support - Your assigned worker will discuss behaviors that you have difficulty addressing and help you figure out strategies to change problematic behavior.
  • Advocacy - Agency worker will speak to outside agencies to encourage them to provide services to your family.
  • Service Referrals - You will be referred to services that you and the agency feel can benefit your family.
  • Case Management - We will coordinate all services provided, so that you don’t have conflicting appointments.
