Does my child need to reside in one of your homes to go to your Day Habilitation Program?
No, your child must meet the criteria for OPWDD services, you can then contact John Kayser at 845-359-3400 ext. 242.

How do I obtain Medicaid Service Coordination?
Service Coordination is a decision of choice, if you wish Saint Dominic’s Home to provide this service you should contact Kristen Ribnicky at 845-359-3400 ext 323.

How often can I visit my family member?
As often as you wish.

How do I place my child in your Program?

How long is the placement in your program?
We have a spectrum of services, depending on age, your child could be here for life.
