CQI/RISK MANAGEMENT
Assist in managing the functioning of the CQI Dept. Provide
supervision to CQI staff. Manage & coord all agcy investigations,
conduct investigations into allegations & serious reportable
incidents. Highly organized MS indiv's. Min 5 yrs QA/Risk Mgt exper.
Conduct & manage admin investigations. Knowledge in OMRDD, OMH
and/or ACS regulations.

Provides on-going intensive interventions aimed at de-escalation *
edu families in order to maintain family stability. Interventions
that can be used are psycho-education, crisis de-escaltion parent
child relationship building. LMSW or related MS degree plus exp w/
emotionally dist. children or BA w/4 yrs exper.

OMH - SATURDAY RESPITE
Provide respite activities in accordance w/each child assessment and
scve plan. Escort & transport children & families when necessary.
Supervise spending of funds during respite activities & provide
receipts for money ised. Some Flexibility w/work hours req'd.
