Employment

Caseworkers work directly with our biological and foster families and children to establish a permanent home for the youngsters we serve.  All caseworkers must have a college diploma and be willing and able to do field work in the communities we serve. They must also be computer-literate and able to motivate clients to achieve their goals.

Case Aides help the casework staff to work with children and families.  Case aides do not need to have a college diploma, although some higher education or previous work with children and families is helpful.

If you are interested in working for the Saint Dominic’s Home Family Foster Care Program, please contact our Human Resource Specialist, Susan Smith, by phone at 917-645-9100, extension 8105, or by E-mail at ssmith@stdominicshome.org. Resumes may be faxed to Ms. Smith at any time at 917-645-9095.
