The Saint Dominic’s Home Human Resources Department staff is a team of qualified and trained professionals, who are committed to sustaining a workforce that fosters career growth and enhancement for all employees.

  • Praesidium Accreditation is a prestigious honor that publicly demonstrates to consumers (people served by the agency) —and insurance underwriters—that Saint Dominic’s Home has worked to achieve the highest industry standards in abuse prevention.

  • National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation of TORCH therapeutic preschool. Only eight percent of the nation’s early childhood programs receive the NAEYC honor.

  • Child Welfare Fund/COFCCA Best Practices Awards bestowed on several Saint Dominic’s Home directors.

  • Long-standing membership in the INTERAGENCY COUNCIL comprised of voluntary service providers supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in the greater metro-New York area.

36th Annual Friends of Saint Dominic's Dinner
On January 24, 2017, more than 1,000 leaders of New York City’s business and labor industry raised over $1 million for Saint Dominic’s Home.
Golf Tournament 2016
The 24th Annual Friends of Saint Dominic’s Golf Tournament was held on August 1, 2016 at Edgewood Country Club in River Vale, NJ, raising $373,000 for St. Dominic’s Home. Over 200 golfers played at the beautiful Edgewood Country Club and enjoyed a day of fun and fine food.
Record Breaking Generosity for 35th Friends Dinner

More than 1,400 construction, real estate, union and business leaders came together for the 35th Business and Labor Awards dinner held on January 26 at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. The event raised a record-breaking $1.3 million for Saint Dominic's Home.
