Saint Dominic's 853 School
is a private day school for children, kindergarten to grade 8, with emotional and behavioral problems and educational deficiencies. The state approved program is dedicated to providing a positive educational environment for those students whose social-emotional needs have interfered with their ability to be successful in a traditional academic setting.

Saint Dominic's School is approved for the following disability categories: Emotionally Disabled (ED), Multiply Disabled (MD) and Other Health Impaired (OHI). The School offers a therapeutic educational day program for students primarily from Rockland, Westchester, Orange Counties, New York City and New Jersey.
