Saint
Dominic's Home operates four programs certified by the Office of
Mental Health (OMH) providing services for adults with mental
illness. Our Continuum of Care ranges from a supervised level of care
requiring 24 hour staff supervision to the operation of supported
apartments in the community which provide the greatest level of independence.
The residents participate in day treatment programs, attend school
or work part-time or full time. Integrating into the community and
establishing the greatest level of independence - the goal of these
programs - supports the mission of Saint Dominic's.
Our
Continuum of Care:
A community residence to assist dually diagnosed adults (mental

illness ages 18+. The residence has 24 hour staff supervision.

illness. Seven adjoining apartments with on-site supervision foster
community integration.
Rockland County
Scattered
Supported Housing apartment sites for adults are located throughout
the community. These affordable housing units are for adults recovering
from mental illness. The program supports individuals to be successful
while living independently within the community.
