| Become A Family Foster Care Parent Today Saint Dominic’s Home Launches New Recruitment Campaign in the Bronx
The multi-faceted campaign includes a new brochure and posters. The campaign carries the themes “Fulfill A Life. Theirs and Yours. Become A Foster Parent” and “Make A Child’s Life Better Today. Become A Family Foster Care Parent.” Family Foster Care Director Allen Feltman said recruiting and securing qualified Family Foster Care Parents is a critical and ongoing effort for Saint Dominic’s Home. “Unfortunately there is a continuous need for good, qualified and loving foster parents and I am confident this campaign will help us increase our inquiries and applicants,” said Mr. Feltman. Mr. Feltman said his team plans to saturate the area within the Bronx by putting up posters and distributing literature and interfacing with potential foster parents and community events. The criteria to become a Family Foster Care Parent with Saint Dominic’s Home are included in the materials. Saint Dominic’s Home provides qualified individuals with intensive training and continued support. The goal of Family Foster Care is to eventually reunite foster children with their birth families.

With the help of a “Good News” Grant from Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, Saint Dominic’s Home Family Foster Care Department is launching a new grassroots campaign in the Bronx to recruit Family Foster Care Parents.
