The Training Department The Training Department is committed to providing quality professional development and education to the employees. Adult learning principles underlie the methodology of each of the courses. Training is provided through a variety of knowledge and skill based exercises and includes designs such as role-plays, discussion groups, case scenarios, brainstorming, peer instruction and structured multimedia usage.
